What will you do?
As a Dynamics/CRM Developer, you are responsible for the delivery and support for enhancements on the Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM products and services (including 3rd party applications such as ClickDimensions, CRM Addon’s).
- Having a detailed understanding of Dynamics Sales and Marketing modules and business processes it enables.
- Being accountable for the analysis, design, engineering, testing & delivery of marketing and sales modules.
- Working with product squad, other squads and the management to build and implement solutions in line with the business strategies.
- Complying with standards and processes for software engineering/development and support.
- Ensuring that individual and team KPIs and SLAs are achieved
- Actively working with stakeholders to seek improvements and help streamline the process through CRM.
- Anticipating hurdles and have contingency plans to circumvent them
What can you bring to the team?
Firstly, strong sense of responsibility, flexibility, and adaptability to varying request. Demonstrate excellent time management and organisational skills. And as part of a new team, you will have the opportunity to shape this role and have input into how we evolve it over time to WOW our employees and make an even bigger impact on the world. You will also need the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or any related discipline
- With at least 3+ years’ experience in Dynamics CRM implementation and continuous enhancement
- Strong experience in Agile methodology and Scrum
- Strong experience in application development and support in a Global Shared Services set up
- Extensive experience in Dynamics 365 Sales and Marketing development, enhancement, and support
- Extensive experience in integrating Dynamics365 with third-party applications.
- Has technical proficiency : C#, JavaScript, and familiarity with related technologies like Power Platform.
- Excellent Stakeholder Management skills and has worked with a diverse set of stakeholders.
