This role is primarily responsible to provide day-to-day administrative support and coordination related to employee data management in compliance with the service level agreements, processes, policies, and procedures.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Acts as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the team to clarify Oracle HRO process related queries
- Perform daily Quality Audit using the standard QA form or checklist form
- Interact with the employee/stakeholder on a regularly basis
- Contribute towards the development and continuous improvement of existing processes and procedures
- Perform intermediate to advanced tasks related to employee data management
- Ensure accuracy of all data processes and entered in HR systems
- Gather information and documentation from relevant stakeholders to assist in investigating and in resolving issues
- Escalate identified issues and concerns to the Team Lead for timely resolution
- Maintain current processes and incorporate documentation updates as required
- May assist with preparing reports as required
Working Environment and Physical Demands:
- Ability to work in shifting schedule / operating hours and business critical working days
