Employee Services Specialist - Oracle

This role is primarily responsible to provide day-to-day administrative support and coordination related to employee data management in compliance with the service level agreements, processes, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Acts as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the team to clarify Oracle HRO process related queries
  • Perform daily Quality Audit using the standard QA form or checklist form 
  • Interact with the employee/stakeholder on a regularly basis
  • Contribute towards the development and continuous improvement of existing processes and procedures
  • Perform intermediate to advanced tasks related to employee data management
  • Ensure accuracy of all data processes and entered in HR systems
  • Gather information and documentation from relevant stakeholders to assist in investigating and in resolving issues
  • Escalate identified issues and concerns to the Team Lead for timely resolution
  • Maintain current processes and incorporate documentation updates as required
  • May assist with preparing reports as required

 

Working Environment and Physical Demands:

-   Ability to work in shifting schedule / operating hours and business critical working days
