JOB SUMMARY:
The Section Supervisor is responsible for the timely accomplishment of different assigned projects of swine by coordinating with swine section supervisors, farm managers and other concerned departments so that projects will be finished on time and within standard. This person is tasked to manage certain sections of a 5000 sow level multi-site swine operation.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Accomplish, monitors and evaluates the various assigned projects of the swine division and coordinates with swine section supervisors, farm managers and other departments to ensure the timely accomplishment of the projects.
2. Supervises, monitors and evaluates the various work requests of the different sections of the farm and coordinates with Central Maintenance Department to ensure the timely accomplishment of the work requests, that unit cost are within budget and accomplished works are within standard.
3. Supervises, monitors and evaluates the ground maintenance works of the farm to ensure proper implementation of the 5S program.
4. Supervises and monitors the preparation of farm's CEAFs to ensure proper execution of farm's Opex and Capex budget.
5. Prepares and submits reports to immediate TL on project's and work request's update.
6. Prepares CEAF budget every year and ensures unit costs are within budget limit during execution of projects.
7. Supervises, monitors and evaluates the performance of direct subordinates.
8. Assists the Farm Manager in relieving section supervisors when they are on leave in monitoring and implementation of procedures and programs of the section.
9. Monitors the services of third party manpower service provider.
10. Participates in all company initiated programs and activities.
11. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
