1. Attends and handles resolution of various Facilities related emails during assigned shift
schedule. Escalates issues as necessary.
2. Leads the implementation and monitoring of various physical security security related policies
and procedures.
3. Works with the team in ensuring housekeeping activities are implemented as scheduled
4. Work closely with contractors in the implementation of preventive maintenance and other
related equipment activities as assigned. Documents completed maintenance, custodian of
reports, evaluates service reports and analyze findings with Facilities Manager, coordination
of reported issues from request for quotation, approval, scheduling and implementation.
5. Provides assistance on company events (i.e. town halls/leadership talks/team buildings) such
as AV systems requirements and venue setup etc
6. Conducts New Employee Orientation and site tour to new hires and GP guests
7. Assists in Facilities Related Projects as assigned
8. Provide support and coordinate as needed for government and non-government facility
inspections
9. Attend training sessions as required
10. Works with the team in the implementation of Health and Safety related initiatives
11. Assists in security and safety compliance requirements
12. Assists in updating and implementation of 52-Week Facilities, Health and Safety Calendar
13. Responsible for overseeing Daily Security Operations
a. Responsible for 24/7 Security Coverage Schedule
b. Plans Schedule of Activities
c. Remotely oversee and provide support to Security during off duty hours
d. Review of Security Monthly Payroll
e. Attends Daily Meeting Schedule
f. Monitors and ensure compliance to Facilities Enercon initiatives
g. Review of Security Performance with Security Supervisor
h. Monthly Random Area Supervisor vitis is completed with report
i. Ensures Contractor License and Permits are updated filed in individual 201 file
j. Ensure compliance and random check and coaching as necessary for the following
> Security Office Log Book
> Security related log sheets
> Key Management
> Bag Inspection
> Customer Service and Proper Grooming
> Handling disposal of company documents
> Parking Inspection
14. Provide support for CCTV and Badge report request
15. Leads issuance of Incident Report for policy non-compliance. Review and send out email
advisory for concerned departments.

REQUIREMENTS:
1. At least two (2) years professional experience in facilities, physical security and safety
management in corporate office or BPO setting
2. Technical knowledge on Security and Safety Tools i.e. CCURE, Avigilon, Brivo, Eagle Eye
preferred
3. Strong sense of responsibility and ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision
4. Above-average spoken and written communication skills with the ability to present, conduct
orientation and coordinate with regional counterparts
5. Detail-oriented, highly organized, professional, with a sense of urgency and the ability to
effectively manage conflicting priorities
6. Experience in implementing business continuity planning, disaster and emergency
preparedness,
7. Proficiency in Google Applications
WORK CONDITIONS:
1. Must be able to work full time onsite at Vertis North Corporate Centre Tower 3
2. Must be willing and able to work on rotating onsite shift schedules, night shifts, extended
shifts, weekend, and Philippine holidays
3. Able to provide off-site/duty support during weekends which also includes answering of query
from vendors though issued service phone
4. Willing to travel
