- Communication with clients, project managers and programmers to review survey materials (questionnaires, skip logic, data needs) and provide guidance as needed
- Works with project managers to develop solutions for special project requirements and challenges
- Ensures end-to-end project delivery in alignment with the client, sales and project managers, leading to high client satisfaction with project deliverables
