The Legal Delivery Team is the engine room of DBC Philippines. Providing scalable, quality conveyancing support and services to buyers and sellers across the retail residential market, the Legal Delivery team works across all states in Australia and includes a large team of operational specialists in the Philippines.
We are currently looking for a Review Admin to work as part of a team providing support to lawyers and paralegals in the preparation of necessary documents for review and drafting. Candidates must have a solid understanding of confidentiality and data protection practices. The ultimate goal is to maintain the company's records and ensure that clients' expectations are managed effectively.
Duties include:
- Primary reviewing the contract coming from the client, ensures that the client's request is serviceable by the company.
- Thoroughly review and analyze contracts to identify errors, inconsistencies, or potential risks.
- Assess the legal and financial implications of contract terms and conditions.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and organized contract records and documentation.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders, such as legal teams or department heads, to address any contract-related concerns or issues.
- Provide assistance and support dispute resolution processes.
- Stay updated with changes in relevant laws or industry regulations that may impact contract reviews.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards when handling sensitive contract information.
