Accountabilities
- Works to support standard processes across inventory management Key Accounts teams.
- Tracks, analyzes, and reports on key performance metrics.
- Works independently to identify current service issues and determines the best sources of data for pinpointing the problem; effectively leads the coordination and resolution of those issues.
- Demonstrates a commitment to meeting service expectations or fulfilling service agreements; consistently meets customers' needs.
- Daily shorts review-Analyzes new/changing customer usage and takes appropriate actions to plan for demand changes.
- Completion of GPO monthly service level review which includes running 16 service level reports in Business objects or Looker, researching DC out lines for accurate service level reason coding for penalty reduction, applying formulas in excel to check for accuracy of changes, formatting the final customer facing report that will be provided to the key accounts internal GPO contact, submitting credit request to internal credit team.
- Review highly impacted service level items for Key Account (CVS)
- Prepare and provide needed excel documents for CVS, which would include weekly updates and trends on impacted service level items. Is it a Cardinal issue or supplier driven issue causing these impacts to the customer.
- Collaborate with Key Accounts on certain action items that may be needed to improve the overall customer service level.
- Strives to understand others' opinions and build agreement among team members; utilizes others' ideas and suggestions to shape solutions.
- Customizes inventory strategies to ensure product availability, maximize in stocks and prevent stock outs.
- Identifies data requirements, often beyond the standard, and collects all relevant data needed to analyze a complex problem, situation, or issue.
- Responsible for meeting In Stock and Service level targets.
- Maintains SOP's
