What Sales Support Administration contributes to Cardinal Health
Sales Support Administration is responsible for customer maintenance and support, sales quotas, and/or order fulfillment and adjustments.
Qualifications
- Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- At least 2 years substantial work experience in stakeholder management in a Business Process Outsourcing organization
- Advanced customer service, problem solving and analytical skills is highly required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office products
- Amenable to work in US hours and hybrid work modality

- Demonstrates and executes on knowledge and understanding of relevant business processes (organization and/or function-specific processes) at various levels to ensure successful completion of project, process, etc.
- Applies knowledge of the customer’s business and industry to develop optimal solutions.
- Ensures that customers have a positive experience; commits to meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Uses deep subject matter/functional expertise, influence and process skills to help internal/external customers and stakeholders identify and meet their high priority needs while considering cultural and diversity implications.
- Jointly develops practical implementation plans that consider cultural sensitivities with other accountable parties.
