Job Responsibilites :
- To monitor and supervise role-on-site works and any other construction-related activities.
- To review engineering plans and designs for civil & structural works, related certificate & documentation, review working drawings to comply to Client’s requirement and standard design code.
- To schedule and conduct technical and management aspect of projects.
- To coordinate sub-contractors, clients and resources, including workers and machinery on site.
- To ensure delivered construction materials are of specified requirements.
- To prepare daily site reports, take site progress pictures, check and take site measurements.
- To conduct site survey and measurement work.
- To ensure projects meets the stipulated quality requirements by closely monitoring & supervising the work of the subcontractor.
- To ensure project progress according to the Scheduled Date and Requirement.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Diploma Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good project planning skill and time management.
- Possess Own Transport and willing to travel.
- Preferable Male applicant due to working on-site environment.
