This is a full-time role, on roster shift.

This is an office-based position in central Cebu City. 

The expected start date is March 2024. 

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in identifying and engaging potential clients, building relationships, and closing deals. Your primary responsibility will be to generate leads through various prospecting techniques, conduct sales calls, deliver persuasive sales presentations, and utilize effective negotiation strategies to close deals. Additionally, you will be comfortable requesting credit card information to finalize sales transactions. Your exceptional communication skills and ability to create a sense of anticipation will contribute to our customers' unforgettable vacation experiences.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead Prospecting and Outreach: Utilize a variety of lead generation techniques to identify potential clients and initiate contact. Craft compelling email outreach campaigns to generate interest and establish connections.
  • Sales Calls and Follow-ups: Make outbound sales calls to engage with leads, set up meetings, schedule appointments, and conduct follow-up calls to ensure a smooth sales process.
  • Sales Presentation: Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations to prospects, effectively communicating the benefits and features of our products/services to address their needs and pain points.
  • Deal Closing: Utilize effective negotiation tactics, such as shot gun closing and TO (takeover) closing, to successfully close deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Credit Card Pulling: Confidently handle the final steps of the sales process, including requesting and securing credit card information to complete sales transactions while maintaining a high level of professionalism and trust.
  • Proven experience in lead generation, sales prospecting, and outbound sales calls.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling email campaigns and deliver persuasive sales presentations.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals using various closing techniques.
  • Comfortable with handling credit card information and completing sales transactions.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other sales tools.
