- Accountable on making sure that NK® seed brands are present and visible across all PoS (point-of-sale)
- In charge of store merchandising, store-clinic, and other channel and retail-based activities
- Accountable for the assessment of each retailer's performance to determine growth opportunities for the following/succeeding seasons
- Accountable for robust planning of sales targets for the purpose of business retention and conversion of competitor shares
- Adept on value selling and negotiation to get the best deals from managed channel partners
- Articulate and capable of detailing channel & trade programs to support business goals
- Accountable for weekly, monthly and seasonal reporting of both sales & inventories
- Encourages channels to scan (via Syngenta's track-and-trace platform) for proper monitoring of sales progress
- Actively checks how our seeds are priced or offered in the trade to help both channels and growers remain profitable
- Must be proactive on checking the quality status of all NK® seeds in the trade to avoid field inquiries
- Checks and actively shares market trends, competitor programs and offerings that may have an impact to our business
- Coordinates/collaborates with GSLs (Grower Success Leads) to ensure liquidation of channels stock
