- Supports the Product Managers in successfully managing the product core segments and provide sales support in areas such as product launches, promotional campaigns, customer submissions/promotions, Point Of Sale, customer events and related activities
- Provides administrative support to the Marketing team– purchasing processes and business procedures (to include material creation, End of Life, Special Orders & price maintenance WorkOns), promotool, data updates (to B2B Portal, MPE and B-ECOS)
- Supports event organization and implementation including logistics, setup and giveaways
- Provides administrative support to the marketing team– purchasing processes and business procedures
- Reporting of stock management (including SOH & SIT)
- Control & maintenance of purchase order process for brand teams (Framework, Free Text and EPSA POs)
- Competitor research and preparation in format for use by the product management team (competitor landscapes pricing & specifications)
- Ensures all HSE procedures are followed and all incidents are reported accordingly
