Salary: P60,000 to P80,000 (Monthly Package)
Schedule: Monday – Friday (09:00 AM - 06:00 PM AEST)
What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of solid experience in handling Accounts Payable
- Experience in a high-volume environment (please note that invoice processing is only a minor aspect of this position)
- Management of International payments
- Credit Card Reconciliations
- Excellent phone manner and strong willingness to pick up the phone to resolve matters.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in Dynamics 365 finance is a plus.
- Detail- Oriented
What will you do?
- Assisting with the timely processing of invoices and payments to suppliers whilst managing key internal and external stakeholders
- Key point of contact for stores and suppliers across your designated area
- Juggling several activities on a day-to-day basis, such as managing payment cycles, Converga workflow
- Working across the internal teams and with stores to investigate any non-stock invoice and payment related issues.
