Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning, Scoping, Contracting and Implementation
Performs a wide range of support and facilitation functions to help accomplish project development activities from project scoping to project implementation, such as
a. Providing inputs for Terms of Reference(TOR), Employer Requirements(ER) and Invitation to Tender(ITT), as applied
b. Conducting site visits
c. Assisting in the shortlisting of firms, tendering, evaluation and selection of contractors and consultants
d. Assisting in the preparation of contractor agreements
e. Supporting the management of contractor/consultant performance of works by reviewing submissions and compliance with the contract terms and conditions finalization of the project contract.
2. Legal and Regulatory Compliance
a. Provides inputs in completing the documents necessary for securing permits and licenses (agencies, LGU’s, etc.) to support legal and regulatory compliance and ensure each project is properly authorized prior to implementation
3. Stakeholder Engagement and Presentations
a. Support conduct of project presentations, information and education campaigns (IEC) and stakeholder engagement sessions
Qualification Requirements:
Graduate of Engineering Course (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical)
Professional License/Certifications - Licensed Engineer
At leat 5 years of experience.
