Key Accountabilities:
1. Provide general Clerical/Secretarial and Administrative Support to the Legal Team for Corporate Housekeeping.
2. Provide support in the Corporate Secretary functions of superiors. Manage record keeping and comply with regulatory requirements.
3. Assist in the logistics and in preparation of materials and documents for board meetings of assigned companies, including direct coordination with directors/officers or their representatives.
4. Prepare documents for audit.
5. Participate in other administrative functions such as assistance for notarial services, maintenance of minutes’ books, etc.
Qualifications:
Graduate of any 4-year course
With at least 2 years experience as a secretary in a corporation
Good communication and writing skills
