Key Responsibilities:

  • Own key customer relationships both within IT and with the business unit decision makers

  • Develop a business solutions strategy for the assigned business unit, based on deep knowledge of the business requirements

  • Ensure successful deployment of selected IT technologies and solutions

  • Ensure that IT is delivering within the agreed upon SLA in his/her assigned business unit

  • Lead IT projects from time to time

Qualification Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or relevant equivalent course

  • At least more than 5 years experience in project implementation of enterprise applications

  • Relevant exposure the business casing, process/systems analysis and design, process/systems audits, and/or benefits realization processes

  • Previous experience in managing/leading small to medium IT teams through systems development life cycle and operations is a plus

Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills— must be able to communicate effectively to a wide range of audiences

  • Strong facilitation and influencing skills

  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills— must be able to negotiate competing perspectives and needs, and drive execution

  • Customer-centric, proactive, dynamic, and with good analytical/conceptual thinking skills

  • Ability to keep abreast of new technologies and assess the impact of these technologies to the organization

  • Knowledgeable in strategic planning, risk analysis and business justification

  • Pertinent attention to details and documentation
