About the Role
Delivers operational activities (including data encoding, processing and quality control) with minimal supervision to ensure timely, effective and efficient process execution.
Role Responsibilities
- Operations
- Data Encoders are responsible for encoding TV and Radio broadcasts from sign-on to sign-off for free-to-air channels and pay TV channels using the Nielsen-provided software.
- In charge of classifying TV/Radio programs and commercials
- In charge of identifying the correct start time and end time of airing.
- Process and encode Print materials and Out-of-home media
- Data encoders need to verify that the data they are entering is accurate and free of errors.
- Administration
- Ensures that performance management is set
- Ensure proper dissemination of information and implementation of company rules and regulations as well as policies and procedures
- Drive the Nielsen values through the implementation of relevant organizational initiatives that build on employee commitment

Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate with any Bachelors Degree, preferably in Computer Science
- 2 years work experience in Data analysis, data encoding are added advantage
- Average encoding speedwork onsite
- Familiar on TV broadcast
- Willing to work on weekend and/or holidays
