We are seeking a driven, attention to detail Operations Officer – Data Validation to join our SKALE team to support in the following function
- Assist in verifying data submitted and correcting data that is labelled inaccurately for purpose of improving data and model accuracy
- Assist in compiling overall summary metrics based on this review and identifying trends
- Assist in addressing periodic client quality reviews
- Contribute to discussions with team on quality errors within assigned projects and help identify improvement areas
Responsibilities
- Enters / inputs data as needed in the customized data template application
- Verifies data against the input and make the necessary corrections (as needed)
- Performs quality checks in accordance with established procedures
- Responsible for meeting Quality Assurance standards
- Communicate issues in a timely manner
- Assist in process optimization
- Organize files according to confidentiality policies
