The Senior Sales Executive plays a crucial role for Sportradar by proactively pursuing and acquiring new clients and generating new revenue for the business. This position requires sales experience, superior communication skills, and a results-driven mindset.

THE CHALLENGE:

  • Build a pipeline of new accounts for the business into designated territory of regional expertise
  • Develop the commercial approach and negotiate contracts and terms for new contracts
  • Document and transfer knowledge regarding the account to internal Sportradar team members involved in the new client onboarding process
  • Proactively maintain broad-based domain knowledge of the key client segments and emerging market opportunities
  • Seek out, synthesize, and deliver relevant, targeted insights to prospects that influence C-level decision-making
  • Create and deliver compelling, customized sales presentations that address potential clients’ core business issues and identify opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with other Sportradar team members to ensure alignment and integration of sales strategies, projects and programs for successful implementation and execution
  • Other duties as assigned

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of demonstrated success in a sales, account management, partnerships, or a business development role in the Gambling Industry.
  • Good understanding of the industry and Sports Betting ecosystem in the region.
  • Experience identifying key decision makers and influencing executive-level stakeholders
  • Able to think analytically, navigate complex and lengthy sales cycles, and create own pipeline & roadmap to convert prospects to clients
  • Strong organizational, issue resolution, and decision-making skills are required. Superior verbal and written presentation and communication skills.
  • Self-motivation and professional discipline with excellent follow-through
  • Polished PowerPoint presentation skills
  • Collaborative and able to work well with others as part of a team
