Job Title: Operations Manager
Reports to Chief Operations Officer
Salary: starting rate at 50,000/ monthly gross
Work Schedule: Shifting Schedule
This role manages operational efficiency and assures the daily operations of the store ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Responsible for generating and analyzing daily sales reports, OPEX, P&L, and Inventory Management.
- Coordinate marketing strategies by using/ analyzing the latest trends to achieve targets based on the branch performance.
- Acquire good leadership skills to handle all concerns from subordinates to customers and provide necessary trainings needed by the frontliners.
- Handles internal and external stakeholders to ensure profitability of assigned brands and mitigating operational expenses.
- Supervise specific brand operations assigned by the Operations Head.
- Responsible for financial reports and competition analysis based on targets set by finance.
- Preparation and provide daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports on a timely manner.
- Understand sales opportunities of company-owned and franchise stores.
- Coordinating with the different departments regarding different concerns in the operations.
- Acquire best practices for training, seminars, and other related trends for the operational improvement of our company-owned and franchise stores.
- Proactively communicating any comments, concerns, and suggestions.
- Process improvement and process management.
- Propose, plan, and implement strategies that would complement new and existing programs of the brand to reach KPI.
- Spearhead opening of new stores. Process CTO (Clearance to Operate) in coordination with other departments.
- Control food costs at a minimum and push for volume sales.
- Ensure documentation of Business Permits and timely processing of renewals.
- Manage labor costs and manpower scheduling needed to optimize store operations.
