JOB SUMMARY :
The Production Clerk is responsible in providing accurate data and reports of the layer farm by proper consolidation and encoding of production data and inventory. He/she is also responsible for ensuring the availability of feeds, veterinary and office supplies of the farm.
Main tasks/roles:

- admin/clerical: PR preparation, filing feed request
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Production Data Management and Reporting:
1. Accurately consolidates, encodes and reports daily production data, poultry mortality or movements; update, maintain and report inventory of veterinary supplies (medicines/vaccines), feeds and other supplies and facilitate their delivery & issuance as well.
2. Updates system to reflect real time inventory and issuance of various supplies.
Inventory Management:
3. Prepares Farm Purchase Requisition (PR), e.g. medicines, vaccines and supplies, and others, upon instruction from Farm Supervisors, Farm Veterinarians and Farm Managers.
4. Ensures the timely preparation and issuance of various poultry medicines, vaccines and supplies to farm personnel.
5. Manages the feed request of the farm and its delivery schedules .
6. Ensures accurate inventory count of stocks weekly.
7. Maintains enough level of farm supplies, medicines and vaccines to ensure availability for farm requirements.
8. Ensures proper care and handling of farm supplies:
- vaccines placed in refrigerator within one hour of receipt.
- FIFO system observed in storage of supplies
- expiration dates of medicines monitored
9. Coordinates with Farm Driver the timely pick-up of medicine and other stocks from feedmill after advice from Warehouse.
10. Prepares and issues Gate Pass, Material Transfer Slip, Requisition Slips and similar forms as needed.
Other Tasks
11. Performs Production-related work such that may be assigned.
