We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team and support the Sr. Executive Assistant to the Chief Financial and Growth Office (CFGO). It is necessary that you enjoy providing professional and personal support, managing diverse responsibilities with humor, enjoys making decisions, has a passion to learn, and shares our core values. This position will report to the Senior Executive Assistant to the CFGO and will be based in Manila, Philippines.
Responsibilities
Act as local administrative support for CFGO and his team in market.
Support the Sr. Executive Assistant with all personal and professional tasks and assignments for the CFGO
Act as main point of contact for CFGO outside of San Francisco business hours and while CFO is traveling in market.
Communicate with other corporate groups on administrative issues.
Excellent management and maintenance of multiple confidential schedules; coordinate professional and personal travel as-needed
Meeting/internal event planning inclusive of set-up and breakdown, catering, and a variety of logistical activities, such as meeting room planning
Handle information requests
Perform clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, arranging conference calls and processing expenses
Track and order office supplies
Handle and track accounting documents and work with budget information
Maintain business documents using software applications
Masterfully meet all expected deadlines (or earlier!)
Thoroughly understand the activities and goals within the department
Basic Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience as the most efficient administrative assistant in the office
Expert knowledge and proficiency with Outlook , Microsoft Suite, and Concur required
Prior personal assistant work experience is a plus
Service oriented with the ability to adjust priorities as needed
Enjoy a role with varied job responsibilities
High attention to detail
Experience working directly with senior level leaders
Enjoy learning new computer programs quickly
You have an energetic, positive, helpful demeanor and a passion and interest in LS & Co.
Ability to work from office in Manila
Flexible schedule and overtime required; early mornings or late evenings and weekend work will be necessary at times
