The Protocol Supervisor ensures that our front-line services run without disruptions. This position will report directly to the Protocol Leader.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Ensure inspection booking are following customers' requirements;
- Communicate with customers, suppliers and back office teams to ensure inspection booking are containing all necessary information and all elements are clarified before proceeding with the inspection;
- Quote the inspection order based on the estimated workload and following quotation rules; and
- Be the link between the inspectors on-site in the factories and our customers all over the world.
