THE CHALLENGE:
· Performs daily IT Task, assisting trouble shooting IT issues of Manila employees,
· Maintains all workstations - Checking, Analyzing, Troubleshooting, Fixing PC problems.
· Provides Software and Application Solution such as Installing, resetting Operating System, Install Application Software , Configure all the application installed in every department.
· Checks and accepts Jira Ticket both for Manila Office and Global Task.
· Creating and Deleting Active Directory Account, RTS Account and other users account in Instant Messaging Apps.
· Provides network support, Printer support.
· Setup and configure Workstation for operation and all other Department.
· Provides IT security, which includes account password, and Antivirus.
YOUR PROFILE:
· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
· Knowledgeable in WAN/LAN, PC troubleshooting, repair, upgrade, installation. Basic system admin, monitoring, documentation, report.
· Knowledgeable with Azure, Endpoints, AWS, Active Directory , IP Phone and CCTV
· At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
