MySigrid is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Remote Full-time Guest Experience Specialist. The ideal candidate facilitates seamless guest interactions, collaborates with internal teams, and addresses inquiries promptly and courteously. Proficient in administrative procedures, with exceptional communication skills and a proactive approach to resolving guest concerns, ensuring optimal satisfaction, and maintaining accurate records of interactions.

MySigrid is a ‘state-of-the-art’ technology platform designed to optimize the work processes of our Executive Assistants, allowing them to deliver world-class remote support to multiple clients, as well as giving them the flexibility to configure an optimal work/life balance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure seamless virtual guest interactions and enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to streamline operations and deliver exceptional service.
  • Promptly and courteously address incoming guest inquiries through various communication channels.
  • Effectively handle multiple guest inquiries simultaneously, demonstrating excellent multitasking abilities.
  • Provide accurate information, resolve guest queries, and offer assistance with reservations, amenities, and directions.
  • Proactively identify and resolve guest complaints, ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and relay messages as necessary

Requirements

As a minimum, we expect candidates to meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree holder
  • Proficient in administrative and clerical procedures
  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with relevant software applications
  • Sound knowledge of customer service principles and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Amenable to US Night Shift work schedule and Tuesday and Wednesday Offs.
  • Full-time position with opportunities for growth and development.

Co-Working days

MySigrid has co-working offices in BGC, Ortigas, and Makati where the whole team meets twice a month at a minimum.
