Position : Creative Director

Work Hours (Client) : 9 am to 6 pm, EST, M-F

Work Hours (MNL) : 9 pm to 6 am, EST, M-F

Holidays :       TBD

Pay Range : $200-$2500/month (depending on interview assessment and client's approval) Please take note that pay will be given in USD

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Brand Development & Leadership: Champion the company's creative vision, ensuring cohesive and impactful brand messaging across all platforms and spearheading innovative strategies to elevate the brand.
  • Comprehensive Content Strategy: Direct the creation and execution of a multi-platform content strategy, expanding our digital presence on Youtube with a focus on engaging content
  • Social Media Expansion & Engagement: Craft and implement growth strategies for social media platforms on Youtube, Instagram, and Twitter, enhancing brand visibility and engagement through creative and consistent content planning.
  • Graphic Design & Visual Creativity: Apply expert graphic design skills to produce compelling visuals for social media posts, website content, merchandise, and promotional materials, reinforcing the brand's visual narrative.
  • Analytics & Content Planning: Utilize analytics tools to glean insights into content performance, leveraging this data to strategically plan and schedule content that aligns with audience preferences and brand goals.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Coordinate closely with the international team, guiding content and visual strategies based on analytics, and ensuring cohesive efforts across all creative projects.
  • Quality Assurance & Content Excellence: Oversee content across platforms, ensuring continuous improvement in quality and alignment with our brand's high standards.
  • Strategic Partnerships & Sponsorship Engagement: Establish and maintain relationships with sponsorship partners, aligning with our brand's strategic objectives and enhancing our market presence.
  • Brand Innovation & Diversification: Drive brand growth through exploration of new verticals, including livestreams, educational courses, and a potential podcast, maintaining a dynamic and evolving brand presence.
  • Educational Course & Material Development: Lead in the creation of educational content and courses that enrich our audience's understanding and engagement with our key topics.
  • Live Stream & Podcast Production: Oversee the technical and creative aspects of live stream and podcast production, ensuring a high-quality output that engages and grows our audience.
  • Merchandise Design & Promotion: Direct the design and marketing strategies for merchandise, ensuring products align with brand identity and resonate with our audience.



Minimum Requirements:

  • Must have been in the creative industry for at least 5 years
  • Proven experience of at least 2 years as a Creative Director or similar role handling a creative team.
  • A strong PORTFOLIO in digital content creation, social media management, and brand development.
  • Ability to manage a team and collaborate effectively
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Exceptional skills in photography and videography
  • Must have basic skills in editing and post-production.
  • Proficient in analyzing content performance and using insights to inform content strategy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering relationships with partners and working collaboratively across teams.
  • Creative, strategic thinker with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in crypto, credit cards, finance, self-improvement & business is a MAJOR plus.
