We are seeking a highly skilled and tech-savvy Business Analyst who excels in writing and communication. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between IT and business units by providing data-driven insights and solutions. With a knack for understanding complex technical systems and a talent for clear, impactful communication, the Business Analyst will play a crucial role in guiding our strategic decisions and improving our operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough interviews and research to understand business needs and challenges, ensuring a deep comprehension of project scopes and objectives.
- Leverage advanced analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-backed recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Develop innovative solutions to business problems, integrating technological advancements where appropriate. Ensure solutions are feasible, sustainable, and aligned with business objectives.
- Produce high-quality documentation, including requirement specifications, process maps, and project plans, ensuring clarity and actionable insights.
- Serve as a key liaison between IT teams and business units, facilitating open communication and ensuring alignment on project goals and expectations.
- Oversee the project lifecycle, from initiation through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training materials and sessions for users on new systems and processes, ensuring smooth adoption and minimal disruption.
- Continuous Improvement: Regularly review and assess business processes and IT solutions, recommending improvements and innovations to drive efficiency and competitiveness.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Journalist, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional work experience
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively to a variety of audiences.
- Strong technical proficiency, with an understanding of software development, database structures, and system integration.
