Our Sales Operations team works on a set of business activities, processes and tools that help Carousell’s sales organization run effectively, efficiently and helps them to execute on overall business strategies and objectives
We are looking to hire a Sales Operations Business Partner to support our Verticals Business Leadership & Sales organisation.
This role will report to the Sales Operations Senior Manager.
You Will:
- Act as a key business partner to the relevant business/category leaders for Business Operations related activities and analyses.
- Support business needs around reporting, contracting, invoicing, analysis, working with Sales, Category Heads, Regional finance and other business operations team members
- Maintenance of customer/partner master data, including account attributes, legal agreements and CRM account hierarchy data for the relevant business team(s)
- Manage systems interfaces related to sales reporting, commissions, data processing, customer master data and territory management for the relevant business team(s)
- Provide training on sales support systems, tools and processes to all sales users.
- Participate in corporate category, sales, and marketing discussions and help gather organisational information for the preparation of new process & tool implementations.
