The Digital Marketing Supervisor will support the digital marketing efforts of the Food Group–catering to several business units and categories across the Philippines, China, Vietnam, Malaysia and Indonesia.
He/She will be working cross-functionally alongside the Digital Marketing Manager across different categories and countries to develop and implement digital marketing strategies centered as well as coordinate digital marketing requirements for channels like social media, website, and e-commerce, including content ideation, creation, media buying, and implementation schedules that are aligned with business objectives.
The Digital Marketing Supervisor is responsible for the ideation, implementation & execution of digital marketing strategies and programs designed to increase brand awareness, build strong customer relationships and create value for our customers and our organization.
In addition, he/she is also expected to collect, manage and analyze data, and generate insightful reports on the company’s performance across digital channels.
Customer Engagement (Email/Mobile Marketing) Account Management
- Lead in the formulation and execution of digital strategies and tactics for email, mobile, and web that create demand for solutions across a mix of channels including social media, email, and mobile, among others.
- Oversee new data in the customer engagement platform and advise on data use for targeting, personalization, configuration, strategy, and reporting.
- Closely monitor the performance and ROI of campaigns to formulate recommendations to improve results and processes.
- Support social media channels with demand content to drive awareness and conversions.
- Collect customer data and use this information to create comprehensive reports to improve future marketing strategies and campaigns.
Digital Marketing and Content Creation
- Develop digital marketing strategies that will grow the Food Group’s followers, engage and retain them, and convert them into leads, customers, and active fans and promoters of Aboitiz Foods.
- Collaborate with Communications team on content plan and ensure that content are distributed and amplified across pertinent channels in a timely and effective manner
- Oversee the production of various types of content regularly, to expand Aboitiz Foods’ digital footprint, awareness, subscribers, and leads for social media, e-commerce, and website.
- Ensure brand consistency in social media messages by working with various departments, including but not limited to brand, product category managers, marketing, and sales.
- Help create and implement effective media buying and performance marketing strategies.
Digital Marketing Data Analytics
- Utilize analytics tools and techniques to analyze digital marketing data, identify trends, insights, and opportunities, and formulate effective strategies to optimize campaign performance and achieve business objectives.
- Define relevant KPIs aligned with business goals, track campaign performance across various digital channels, and conduct in-depth analysis to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
- Regularly report findings and insights to stakeholders, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Design and execute controlled experiments to test different marketing strategies, messaging variations, ad formats, and audience targeting approaches.
- Work closely with internal teams such as category marketing, Finance and IT to gather and integrate data from multiple sources, ensuring alignment of marketing initiatives with broader business objectives. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making across the organization.
