YOUR MISSION
Provide IT support to Puma’s users and retail store network in Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines and Indonesia including but not limited to, supporting the local/regional/global IT strategies and maintaining the daily operations of IT in terms of system maintenance, networking and troubleshooting, provision of support, administration of all POS applications.
Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests providing technical support via phone, email, remote desktop, in-person or in-store.
System support on POS, SAP, AD and other related Application Systems
Participate in Site Setup and Maintenance, hardware and software testing and deployment, documentation, and related operating procedures.
Identify and resolve network and system problems including documentation for problem cause and resolution.
Work collaboratively with other IT Regional Specialists and cross-functional technical team members to support project deadlines.
YOUR TALENT
Higher Diploma in Computer Science or IT related Subjects.
Functional: Network and System Support.
Industry: Retail, Wholesales, Fashion.
Min. 2 years IT System Support experience.
Good command of written and spoken English. Proficient in Mandarin is an advantage.
