Working Hours: Flexible, 3 hours of overlap with 9am-5pm Eastern Time

A Customer Success Agent for a company that creates beautiful marketing assets for known brands/ businesses.
Responsibilities:
- Will do direct sales to customers through ecommerce stores. (They have an onsite customer support person in PH)
- Handle 95% of the customer support
- Everything is email chat support
- The company provides lots of rough templates for 90% of situations
- Must have enough agency to customize emails to tailor-fit responses to unique situations
Requirements:
- Must have at least of 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Must have enough agency to customize emails to tailor-fit responses to unique situations
- Must have a customer-oriented attitude
- Good English communication and written skills
- Experience with sales is a plus
