As a General Administrative Assistant you will perform clerical tasks, answer calls, and sort mail. Other duties will include assisting office managers and executives with preparing documents, organizing files, managing existing documents, and generally keeping the day organized, tidy, and running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative tasks efficiently to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
- Utilize HubSpot and other tools to organize, analyze, and present data.
- Create insightful recommendations based on data interpretation.
- Foster a sense of accountability and teamwork within the team.
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
- Follow through on assignments and projects to completion.
- Perform screen monitoring and meticulously analyze findings for a diverse group of 50+ individuals.
- Review screens to ensure compliance and efficiency, contributing to the overall operational effectiveness.
- Undertake general administrative tasks to support the smooth functioning of daily operations.
- Proficient in HubSpot, MS Office, and other reporting/presentation software is a must
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful analysis.
- Accuracy and detail-oriented mindset.
- Proven track record of creating recommendations based on data interpretation.
- Effective team layer, fostering accountability and collaboration.
- Exceptional follow-through skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
- Willing to work on the Pacific Daylight Time (PDT) schedule. (Equivalent to a graveyard shift in the Philippines)
- Own Laptop or Desktop (8GB RAM, Core i5 or above with Microsoft Office) and an internet connection of at least 10 Mbps
