Job Description:
An executive assistant will help the executive with tasks such as scheduling; reviewing, prioritizing and responding to emails; organizing documents; maintaining records; taking notes at meetings and any other administrative tasks that help the executive perform their job.
Key Responsibilities:
- Will be assisting client and his leadership team
- Inbox management
- Marketing coordination
- Lead generation
- Basic research
- Schedule management
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Must have 3+ years of experience working with a CEO or business owner. Needs to know what to do basically and recommend areas they can help with
- Good to Excellent communication and written skills
- Tools: Outlook, Smartsheet, Office 365, Google Workspace. As a company we also use Quickbooks and have a contractor specific CRM system called Contractor Accelerator. But I wouldn't expect any candidate to be familiar with Contractor Accelerator.
Schedule: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM Pacific Time
Salary range: USD 1,000 - 1,500
