Responsibilities
Health awareness research and program POC for creation and communication
POC for first aid and other medical needs
Perform basic checks, and blood pressure check for monitoring
In-charge of inventory and requisition of medicines and medical supplies
Proper dispensing of medicines to employees and providing instructions based on health complaints
Assists employees during hospital consultations and therapy
Assists the company physician
Assisting employees on their pre employment and annual physical examination schedules
Responsible in preparing Work Accident Report to Department of Labor and Employment
Providing administrative support for updating of employee medical records
Acting as the general administrative POC for audits in collaboration with various departments
Overall administrative support for management engagements, workspace and facilities functions
Serves as an Occupational Health and Safety partner for all health-related activities.
