Job Responsibilities:
- Assists in planning, organizing, leading and controlling all activities within the production function.
- Monitor daily production activity to ensure smooth production operation with good performance on productivity and quality.
- Plan and supervise production operations and ensure production schedule are met.
- Ensure that required manpower, equipment and raw materials are sufficient to meet production needs.
- Continuous to provide support and training to subordinates to improve their job performance and productivity.
- Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements.
- Maintain good housekeeping of the department at all times.
- To perform any other related duties as and when required.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in manufacturing industry, production, or a related field. However, self-motivated fresh-graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Able to communicate fluently in English and Malay. Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
