Position : Executive Assistant
Work Hours : Monday to Friday 9-5pm EST
Pay Range : USD 900-1,200/month

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Travel Management and Coordination:
- Arrange all travel accommodations including flights, hotels, and transportation.
- Prepare detailed itineraries and ensure all travel arrangements are made in accordance with company policies.
- Scheduling & Calendar Management:
- Maintain and organize executives' calendars, scheduling appointments, and meetings.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to schedule meetings efficiently.
- Inbox and Email Management:
- Monitor and manage executives' inbox, responding to or redirecting emails as necessary.
- Administrative Support:
- Handle all professional and personal administrative tasks and appointments for executives.
- Record meeting minutes accurately and distribute them in a timely manner.
- Meeting and Event Planning:
- Plan and execute meetings, conferences, and events.
- Coordinate logistics such as venue booking, catering, and audio-visual equipment setup.
- Document Preparation and Review:
- Prepare and review documents, presentations, and spreadsheets for accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure all documents are properly formatted and organized.
- Confidential Information Handling:
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Data Organization and Analysis:
- Organize and analyze data to support decision-making processes.
- Prepare reports and presentations based on data analysis.
- Office Management Tasks:
- Assist with office management tasks such as ordering supplies, maintaining equipment, and coordinating office maintenance.
- Basic Accounting/Bookkeeping:
- Perform basic accounting and bookkeeping tasks such as expense tracking and invoice processing.
- Basic Project Management:
- Assist with basic project management tasks including task coordination, progress tracking, and documentation.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Preferably prior experience as a Real Estate Executive Assistant
- Proficient in Microsoft Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
