The Senior SDR will play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying potential leads, initiating contact with prospective customers, and setting up appointments for our sales team. Job Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Sales Development Representatives to achieve and exceed targets.
- Strategy Development: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and refine lead generation strategies and tactics.
- Process Optimization: Continuously improve sales development processes and workflows to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Training and Development: Provide ongoing training, coaching, and feedback to SDRs to enhance their skills and performance.
- Performance Management: Set clear performance expectations, track metrics, and provide regular performance reviews and constructive feedback.
- Lead Generation: Personally contribute to lead generation efforts by identifying and engaging with potential prospects through outbound prospecting activities.
- Pipeline Management: Monitor and manage the lead pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified opportunities for the sales team.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and other teams to align strategies, share insights, and drive overall business objectives.
- Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports on key metrics and performance indicators, and provide actionable insights to drive improvements.
Skills Requirement
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proven experience in sales development or inside sales, with a track record of exceeding targets.
- Previous experience in a leadership or mentoring role, preferably in a sales environment.

Required Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Development
