Responsibilities
- You will be empowered to support the Category Management Team in foodpanda Philippines
- The role requires to drive development, growth & day to day operations for the snacking category portfolio at PandaMart, this will include:
○ Category Development: Be the voice of the consumer, be on top of Industry & Market Knowledge & consumer understanding of what customers buy and why. Develop category assortment in alignment with consumer needs and PandaMart strategy
○ Range development: Expand categories basis selection requirement.
○ Product Communication Strategy: Create consumer centric catalogue that helps improve conversion.
○ Category profitability & Growth: Plan; deliver on growth (Volume, Value) in alignment with Internal Category teams - Work with the commercial teams to drive discovery, traffic & conversion
- Ensure active participation in all relevant events across platforms
- Support the Category Managers and work closely with Business and Finance to manage portfolio pricing
- Inventory Management: Work closely with category & sourcing teams to ensure stock availability
- Quality: Own the quality scores (Ratings, reviews & return). Work closely with dark stores to take regular feedback & improve scores
- Other ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned by your supervisor
