As a Customer Call Center Representative at Global Medical Virtual Assistants, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional customer service. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, address customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure customer satisfaction.
TASKS:
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and requests.
- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide assistance as needed.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to provide appropriate solutions and information.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for resolution.
- Uphold company policies and procedures while delivering high-quality customer service.
- Meet and exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction ratings.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role
- Proficient in basic computer applications and familiarity with CRM systems
- Committed in providing outstanding customer service and exceeding customer expectations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
