- Includes updating of Salesforce, JIRA tickets and relevant templates as required.
- Assist with the creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Calendar/Workflow Coordination| Set and manage key operational reminders with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely actions and follow-ups.
- Create and update reporting templates on key franchise operations metrics such as renewals, variations and new stores.
- Request, track and issue operational invoices as required including regular follow up to ensure steps are completed within agreed SLA’s.
- Perform ad hoc administration tasks as required to support the smooth functioning of the Franchise Operations Team and address emerging needs
