We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, with a focus on lead generation and customer outreach. As a SDR, you will play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying potential customers, ultimately driving revenue growth for the company.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calling and cold emailing campaigns to generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Utilize CRM software, specifically HubSpot, to track and manage leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute email marketing campaigns targeting key prospects.
- Research and identify potential prospects, leveraging this information to tailor outreach efforts effectively.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions and communications.
- Assist in the development and refinement of sales strategies and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Required Experience and Skills
- 1 to 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a sales development or lead generation role.
- Proven track record of success in cold calling, cold emailing, and lead generation.
- Proficiency in CRM software, particularly HubSpot
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
- Knowledge of tools such as ZoomInfo and Apollo is an added bonus
