We are seeking a talented and experienced HubSpot Specialist to join our team. As a HubSpot Specialist at INSIDEA, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our HubSpot strategies, driving engagement, and enhancing our brand presence across various platforms.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Onboard & implement the HubSpot portal for new clients
- Working with Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, and HubSpot CMS
- Migrate data into HubSpot CRM, complete data mapping, and segment lists
- Use marketing automation and CRM to enhance the sales and marketing process
- Create and manage landing pages, forms, workflows, email campaigns, template designs (emails & landing pages), calls-to-action, etc within the HubSpot platform.
- Segment lists based on behaviours like past email engagement and website interactions (content downloads, site page visits, etc)
- Measure results and optimize lead nurturing workflows for these segments to convert leads into customers
- Set up deal stages and pipelines
- Work alongside Customer Success Managers to build excellent relationships and trust with clients
- Develop tests and optimize results
The Skills and Qualifications You Bring:
- 3+ years of experience in the HubSpot CRM, Marketing, Sales, and/or Service Hubs
- 1-3 years of digital marketing experience in an agency setting preferred
- Must be detail-oriented
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated experience as a HubSpot user (certifications preferred)
- Top-notch organizational skills to effectively manage multiple projects and campaigns
