We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a HubSpot Account Manager. As the primary point of contact for our key clients utilizing HubSpot, you will play a crucial role in managing and nurturing these relationships. This position requires a deep understanding of HubSpot's functionalities, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset to drive client success and satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients utilizing HubSpot.
- Understand clients' business goals, challenges, and objectives to align HubSpot solutions accordingly.
- Act as the main point of contact for all communication between the company and the key clients.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of HubSpot's features, tools, and capabilities.
- Provide guidance to clients on maximizing the value of HubSpot for their specific needs.
- Stay updated on the latest HubSpot updates and industry best practices.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to ensure client retention and growth.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts.
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive new business from existing clients.
- Offer ongoing support to address any issues, questions, or concerns raised by clients.
- Work closely with the customer support team to resolve technical challenges promptly.
- Monitor and analyze clients' usage and performance metrics within HubSpot.
- Provide regular reports and insights to clients on the impact of HubSpot on their business.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Experience & Skills Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar client-facing role.
- Demonstrated expertise in working with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
