Important to the role is a client-oriented mindset when selling and developing solutions while having a strong commercial understanding of a payment network business. Your passion for developing new digital payment experiences, creating business opportunities, and a market focused approach will enable you to succeed in this role. Specific work areas will include:
1. Active sales engagement with key partners and client to develop and craft deals to support the growth and active usage of Visa Credentials, and Value-Added Solutions to key clients and digital partners
2. Working with partners and clients, while collaborating with various internal stakeholders to grasp business, functional, and technical aspects of digital solutions and combine them with partners’ solutions and capabilities to create market-first or best practices offerings
3. Driving joint solution development efforts in the area of digital solutions and capabilities
4. Drive implementation through regional and global teams in close collaboration with other key functional areas including marketing, product, consulting & analytics, and client success teams, as applicable
5. Evaluate local fintech and enabler partnerships across multiple segments which can assist in the development of strategic recommendations and business cases to achieve Visa’s strategic goals.
6. Provide guidance and expertise for product and client facing teams and lead discussions with prospective clients.
7. Close monitoring of market trends, emerging technologies, and prospective clients and partners in the digital payments space
8. Lead digital partners and client events as part of Visa’s thought leadership in the digital solutions and payment space
9Support the product team in managing team’s operating expenses for efficiency purposes
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
