- You will be empowered to support the Category Management Team in foodpanda Philippines The role requires to drive development, growth & day to day operations for the nonfood category portfolio at PandaMart, this will include:
- Category Development: Be the voice of the consumer, be on top of Industry & Market.
- Knowledge & consumer understanding of what customers buy and why.
- Develop category assortment in alignment with consumer needs and PandaMart strategy
- Range development: Expand categories basis selection requirement
- Product Communication Strategy: Create consumer centric catalogue that helps improve conversion
- Category profitability & Growth: Plan & deliver on growth(Volume, Value) in alignment with Internal Category teams
- Data Analysis: Analyze performance of campaigns & brands to further recommend next action steps to improve category performance
- Work with the commercial teams to drive discovery, traffic & conversion
- Ensure active participation in all relevant events across platforms
- Support the Category Managers and work closely with Business and Finance to manage portfolio pricing
- Inventory Management: Work closely with category & sourcing teams to ensure stock

- Quality: Own the quality scores (Ratings, reviews & return). Work closely with dark stores to take regular feedback & improve scores
- Other ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned by your supervisor
