This role is within the Employee Enablement Solutions Team (EES). EES is part of Corporate IT, a function that builds, operates, and maintains the IT systems and infrastructure necessary to enable a highly connected and collaborative workforce that helps power Visa’s business.
EES works with technology and business partners to provide a center of excellence within the organization to drive efficiency, effectiveness, and experience. We are passionate about improving user experience and increasing productivity by improving tools and services.
Job Role:
This role is crucial for presenting evidence of improvement activities through reporting data and analysis to a wide business and IT audience.
Responsibilities:
- Track & report metric performance against SLAs and drive improvements to enhance service levels.
- Understand service delivery and end-user technology.
- Use specialized knowledge in Power BI, Service Now, and other tools to generate reports, dashboards, and scorecards.
- Interpret data to provide knowledge and insight, identifying the reasons behind the numbers.
- Apply critical thinking skills for impact analysis and root cause analysis.
- Create and manage data pipelines as needed, ensuring reliable data flow from multiple sources for further data processing or data visualization.
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data pipelines.
- Collaborate with teams to integrate systems and data effectively and ensure consistency of data delivery and utilization across the business.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
The standard working hours for this role currently are from 5:00 pm to 2:00 am, local Manila time. When the work necessitates it, you may be required to work outside of the prescribed work hours. Visa reserves the right to adjust the standard working hours in future based on the business requirements
