Key Responsibilities
- Design, build and configure AWS services to meet business process and application requirements.
- Manage, support and troubleshoot Docker container configuration.
- Incident and change management, health, and performance monitoring - check server health, performance, and capacity alerts, take preventive and remedial action.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the business and customer needs, providing expertise in infrastructure scalability and stability.
- Research and development of infrastructure service improvements to help drive efficiency improvements and provide a vision for the team.
