What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- Experience of at least 2 to 5 years in a high volume, transactional technology environment.
- Demonstrated experience in working with enterprise-level accounts.
- Thorough understanding and practical use of LinkedIn Premium search; knowledge of SEEK Talent search and Jobadder experience is highly advantageous.
- A true passion for connecting with people and identifying exceptional talent for our clients.
Nice to Have:
- Strong oral and written communication abilities
- Experience in Australian Market
- Proficient in using Boolean, Xray, and LinkedIn
What will you do?
- Candidate Sourcing: Proactively search for qualified candidates using a variety of sourcing methods such as job boards i.e. Seek, Seek Talent and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Screening and Assessment: Evaluate candidate resumes and applications, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' suitability for available roles.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Job Posting and Advertisement: Write and post job advertisements to attract top talent and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates.
- Talent Pool Management: Maintain an active and organized database of potential candidates to match future openings.
- Coordination and Scheduling: Arrange interviews between candidates and clients and manage the interview process effectively.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to relevant recruitment laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Feedback and Negotiation: Provide timely feedback to candidates and clients, negotiate salaries, and manage job offers.
- Reporting and Analysis: Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and source effectiveness, providing reports to the management team.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure seamless recruitment and onboarding processes.
