Your assignment
- Prepare and maintain prepayment amortization and accruals schedules and reconciliation schedules
- Reconcile monthly GL accounts and subledger balances (like inventory/prepayment/other assets/accruals)
- Assist in the review and submission of tax returns and supporting alphalist or reports
- Ensure timely, accurate and consistent compliance with the accounting standards and tax regulations of the recorded financial transaction
- Supporting the Finance Manager with the statutory audit process and preparation of the audited financial statements
- Support and provide training to Store/Service Office Finance relating to General Accounting or Tax reporting
- Archiving of Accounting documents
Other ad hoc task as assigned and support general accounting functions
