Our client, a leading company in the luxury industry, is looking for a dedicated and experienced professional to ensure the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction.
As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality assurance processes and standards throughout the organization. Your role will involve developing and implementing quality control procedures, conducting regular audits and inspections, and creating reports to track and analyze quality metrics.

Responsibilities
• Develop and implement quality assurance processes, procedures, and standards
• Establish quality control checkpoints and conduct regular audits and inspections
• Monitor and analyze quality metrics, identifying areas for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and improve quality performance
• Train and educate employees on quality assurance processes and standards
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices in quality management
• Compile and analyze data and prepare reports on quality performance
• Ensure compliance with all relevant quality regulations and certifications
• Identify and address customer complaints and concerns related to quality
• Stay current with customer expectations and industry trends in luxury goods
• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Manager, preferably within the luxury goods industry
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and tools
• Solid understanding of relevant quality regulations and certifications
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues at all levels
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
• Certification in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO 9001) is a plus
• Fluent in English and Arabic
